What is Vaping? This is a term sometimes used to describe what most non-smokers think of as smoking, but really Disposable Vape is just a modification of what’s called smoking. An electric cigarette is simply an electronic device which simulates smoking tobacco. It usually consists of a battery, an electrical power source like a cigarette battery, and a glass or plastic tube like a cartridge or sock.
Instead of smoke, the smoker inhales vapour instead. As with tobacco smoke, vapour from electronic cigarettes is carcinogenic (cancer causing). Inhaling vapors is simply as harmful to your lungs as breathing in tobacco smoke. But, since electric cigarettes do not directly inhale the smoke that enters the lungs, they’re safe for long term use. As such, using an electronic cigarette frequently is often described as “vaping” rather than “smoking”.
The other difference between a cigarette and an e Cigarette is that most do not contain nicotine. Nicotine is addictive and smokers will attempt to stop on cigarettes to avoid the addiction, however they cannot. There’s always another “high” or “rush” to displace the “hit” from smoking. Also, when you stop smoking, you may notice some difficulty recovering from the withdrawal symptoms such as cravings, irritability, depression, anxiety, etc. These symptoms are often worse compared to the pain of nicotine withdrawals. Therefore, even if you are able to quit all on your own, you would still must be supervised by a healthcare professional such as your doctor.
So, what is Vaping? Many people utilize the term “juul” to describe what’s essentially vaporising everything you are inhaling, but the two words have many other meanings. For example, when I say “juul”, I’m not only discussing the liquid you’ll inhale. I am also referring to the actual fruit, vegetable, or grain that the fruit, vegetable, or grain is. In this case, you are “juicing” everything you are eating or drinking, but you are not actually eating it. The same could be said for the liquid that comes out of the bottle or packet: it is not the juice, but rather what’s inside.
E-Cigarettes can be found in a variety of flavours such as fruity, citrus, chocolate, mints, along with other delicious combinations. Because they usually do not contain nicotine, they are considered much safer than their counterparts, which are comparable to cigarettes in terms of addiction and health risks. They are also much easier to maintain than a cigarette because there are no pesky tar and toxic chemicals to deal with, which means you need not keep taking the dreaded inhaler or patch. However, these benefits come at a cost.
Many vapers declare that the electronic cigarette can replace smoking completely. Inhaling the vapour from your own e cigarette has the identical effect as smoking; you feel no difference in your lungs at all. So, what is the difference between vaporizing and smoking? Once you smoke a cigarette, you’re inhaling a great deal of harmful chemical and other matter into your lungs, that is basically what smoking is. With a vaporizing device, you are only inhaling the vapour rather than taking in any nasty stuff into your body.
That is important because many studies have already been conducted on what is being consumed by non-smokers if they use the cigarettes. It was found that the chemicals and substances found in e cigarette vapor are highly bad for human brain development. This is surprising since when non-smokers were exposed to similar levels of substances, their brain did not develop any undesireable effects. However, when they were subjected to even higher levels of these substances, their brains did show signs of stress and damage. It means these vapors are doing more harm than good to mind development.
So to sum up, what is vaporizing? It really is basically causing more injury to the lungs then what is breathed in through passive smoking. While there is still much controversy surrounding vaporizers, I’d definitely advise people to avoid them and use something safer like an electronic cigar.
